Estou melhorando minha vida profissional e financeira e pretendo começar a investir.
submitted by Exams are finally over and done with so I can relax a little and get back to playing properly, I don’t have any trips currently planned until April so I’m looking to settle back into a weekly schedule. Also, it turns out that my current method for noting down teams isn’t the most practical when I have over 30 screenshots so give me a shout if I linked the wrong team somewhere.
Box & Teams
As always here’s my
current box I’ve nicely recovered my gem count and broken the 300 mark for a total of 305 gems as of today. For my
basic teams much of the improvement has been under the hood as almost all of them now manage Lvl 4 AH making stalling much easier. Whilst he’s not featured in any of the teams a stand out addition has been
Moria as his special is great for speeding through some content.
A shout out to
Kaku as well because I realised how core he is for an FN unit, for Free spirit teams I have no alternative orb booster until I can farm
Shanks and even strikers only have 1 turn 1.75x orb boosts available as an improvement. I’ve also been making much more use of the
Tesoro plus
Neo Bellamy combo as the latter is fully socketed.
Ships
I have the coated Sunny ready and maxed which should come in useful here and there, that said I’m using the Flying Dutchman for as much content as I can at the moment which has really boosted my Exp gain.
CC & skill ups
My remaining +100 Rcv candy went to
Moria and, whilst I haven’t used him as a captain much so far, his versatility means it’s still useful when using him as a sub on a variety of teams. My next batch of Rcv is going to
Marguerite as she’s a more effective Slasher healer for faster teams whilst also being my only option for shooters.
Swimsuit Tashigi will be up next and possibly prioritised if
Lucy is announced.
Skill ups were very successful this time around with
Moria maxing with 12 skill ups from 21 copies and
Shiryu going 2/2 from the one clear I somehow managed.
Enel went a more average 3/10 slowly inching him towards faster runs.
For my free legend pull I got
Marco, not really much of a lead anymore but he would have still been a very handy sub. At least I don’t feel too bad exchanging him for 5,000 Ray points, bringing me up to 10,036 points, enough for the next must-have unit/ship.
Restaurant Le Crap
I didn’t make any changes to the
Fighter team I was using last time. It’s not the fastest, currently taking 2 turns to clear each wave other than
Fullbody and the boss but I'm not sure any faster teams will be able to get through it. Use
5+ Luffy or
Sanji on
Fullbody then blow everything on the boss stage, the Dutchman’s special isn’t used as the boss stage has immunity.
Raids
A bunch of Boa clears
Thanks to
Inthawk friends being in limited supply I had to try out some different teams resulting in functional
Slashers,
Driven &
Fighters all to a reasonable success. The Driven team is definitely the safest paired with a
Fuji thanks to its sustain and piles of orb manipulation.
I only had time to farm 11 copies this time around but with a reasonable 4/11, she’s finally down to a semi-usable CD of 21 turns, along with being half socketed.
I found a silly Magellan team
Thanks to
G4 doing a crazy amount of damage I figured out
this team that can OHKO
Magellan, it turns out the lack of F2P fighter boosters can be solved by only boosting one unit. I did, after testing the proof of concept, switch to a slightly
more sensible option but the concept is still exactly the same.
I ended up farming 13 copies of
Magellan for 6 skill ups putting him down to 25 turns and half-filled sockets. This is still too long for a regular team but it’ll greatly speed up zombie runs and gives the option of using his lvl 1 special on 19 turns for a delay plus regular poison.
Aokiji doesn’t need class boosters either
Using similar logic I realised that I could kill
Aokiji using a
fighter team without a class booster, just make sure that
G4 &
Neo Sabo have a matching orb then burst , it’s not quite enough to take him down from 100% but you’ll easily have enough damage to kill him in the follow up turn.
Aokiji was one of my priority raids so I managed 16 copies of him for 6 skill ups bringing him down to 22 turns, the same as
Neo Aokiji but with more complete sockets. It’s unfortunately still too long for a lot of content but at least
V2 Law friends give some flexibility when it comes to stalling.
I finally farmed Kuma
After having continuously evaded me I finally had a shot at
Kuma, on half stamina no less. I used a fairly standard
Free Spirit team but I only bothered stalling for
TS Luffy,
Kaku &
Brook specials for the kill.
At this point 3x skill up was announced so I currently have 15 bears sitting in my box looking to bring him down from his current 26 turns.
Fortnights
With Clash of Clashes going on along with half stamina Colo I didn’t clear this week’s fortnights until yesterday, as always, they rely on only commonly available or duplicate friend captains. Unless I actively farmed a fortnight my example teams probably aren’t optimal, just something that can reliably clear.
I just blitzed through them all before they expired, I’ll make sure to work on
Giolla &
Brook this week as they’re actually pretty useful.
Koala would also have some value, if it wasn’t for the fact that she shares her class with
Sabo.
Colosseum
2 new chaos bosses this time along with most of Ideo. I also nabbed a copy of
Miss Valentine who should actually be usable by now as my teams are fairly decently socketed.
Moria is my first maxed chaos boss
I continued to use the same
Str team as before, just using
Neo Doffy instead which helped give a tiny bit more oomph. It still has a very low failure rate if you get screwed on orbs but something as simple as giving
5+ Lufy +100 Atk CC should solve that.
Machvise cleared!
I only did one full clear as I was focussed on raids for the most part but he’s definitely a unit that I want to dedicate some resources too, that said most of the huge fighter burst is on fairly long CD’s so he can wait for a little if necessary. He went 1/3 so his stage 1 is on par with
Aokiji.
For
Baby 5 I just used an
Enel team and didn’t bother stalling as she couldn’t really kill me, on her revive
Sanji or
Enel specials can kill her.
Corazon was defeated using a
Driven team paired with
Blackbeard to clear out all of the mobs quickly and finish
Corazon off on the next turn.
Vergo is simply a matter of tanking a hit then bursting on turn 2, something my
Slashers were more than capable of paired with
TS Zoro.
Trebol was dealt with by a
fighter team but I’d recommend a team that can burst on turn 1 if you won’t have the HP to tank 2 poison ticks (7,200 damage).
For the final stage I used a fairly standard
Driven team using
Zoro &
Bellamy on the mini-boss,
Shiryu if he’s low enough t remove
Trebol’s poison and then
Doffy &
Shiki on the boss, for whatever reason this wasn’t considered orb manipulation so he didn’t do his counter.
Drake cleared!
Drake sits a little lower on the priority scale so I doubt I’ll get around to maxing him for a while, at least he still has decent stats and typing to use him as is. I also went 2/3 on the copies plus books that I got so he’s on 23 turns.
Zeff was destroyed by a
Str team utilising a
Sneaky General Zombie to avoid the attack down. A
Blackbeard should also get the job done with little effort.
Jean-Bart was zombied using the
standard setup, in all honesty, I could have probably cleared him normally but there’s not much of a difference in time taken.
Foxy had so little HP that I needed just a double
5+ Luffy team with an
Ain sub to get rid of the bind. (I accidentally deleted the screenshot).
Gladius was once again a simple job using a basic
Slasher team, just make sure you have over 7k health to tank his pre-emptive.
For the final stage I actually used the exact same setup as for
Gladius paired with an
Inthawk, just use
Doffy &
Zoro and whoever else you need for orbs on stage 4 then activate everyone else on the boss.
Story
I cleared up to the end of Sabaody part 2 for the coated Sunny and then stopped there in terms of progression.
After that, I went back to farm up all of the new Story Characters we got guaranteed drops for. One highlight is that when clearing
Moria his unevolved version also dropped on the same run which is amazing as he’s a split evolution like
Crocodile.
Most of the units at least offer decent stats and a few easily farmable sockets, the biggest weakness is the abundance of 18 turn CD. I’ll quickly summarise their usefulness to me.
Character | Notes | CD (Current-max) |
Bon Clay | Whilst he used to be a staple when combined with Garp, Tesoro now exists so he won’t see much use. | 13-7 |
Mr 1 | Another former staple that’s fallen off hard, he may see use once in a blue moon before I farm Brownbeard. | 18-12 |
Miss Doublefinger | Until we get Neo Enel she’s the best F2P Dex booster, her base CD also really solid. | 15-8 |
Bellamy | Would have been a huge addition 6+ weeks ago but now I’m spoilt for choice by better orb boosters | 14-9 |
Jabra | His goal in life is to kill turtles and to be fair he is exceptionally good at it, a very viable alternative baccarat when I want a lot of runs. He’s also an Int booster but unless I need to cut my health Rebecca is better. | 25-18 |
Kaku | The only f2p Qck to Str orb converter, he comes with solid stats and 3 sockets as well. | 25-18 |
Perona | A solid improvement on Zeff with better stats and more sockets at the cost of a longer CD. | 20-12 |
Cindry | Provides a full board when combined with Bellamy but unfortunately shares neither class or type with him and has very poor stats. | 25-18 |
Ryuma | Makes a decent beatstick and his special can deal decent damage, unfortunately, you’ll never get to use it without the Anni Sunny. | 34-18 |
Moria | Very good stats (if you don’t need Rcv) combined with an up to 300,000 damage special means he’ll definitely be seeing some use | 25-18 |
Plan for the week
Raids
No Clash of Clashes so I won’t be going as hard on raids, along with the rotating ones I’ll try and do 10 or so clears to get the last 5 skill ups on
Doffy.
- Blackbeard returns at an opportune time so I can finally get the last 3 skill ups I need on him. This’ll be a huge boon as often every turn matters for double Blackbeard teams. For sockets, I’m going AH + CD, again to ensure maximum damage from his special.
- Pica Is back just a week since his last visit, seeing as I used his last appearance to farm Colo I’ll see if I can nab at least a few copies this time around.
- Enel comes on a completely uncontested day so I’ll continue slowly working him down, I’ll go for 10 or so copies as he’s now pretty far ahead of Bellamy & Kizaru.
- The Usopp’n & Heracles’n combo returns, as it’s during 3x skill up I may actually farm Heracles’n rather than working on sockets for my various Usopp’s.
- Buster Call is here during skill up so I’ll have a go at finishing off the last 4 skill ups Momonga needs and be done with the raid.
Colosseum
A very good selection of top-tier Colo bosses is here, 50 Stamina clears are still very questionable for the most part but I’ll give it my best shot none the less.
- I have one more day to manage Kanjuro, his stats are decent but his special is godly orb manipulation for Free Spirit teams.
- Diamante is the only 2x Driven booster on Global right now, his only weaknesses is an incredibly long 33 base CD and his requirement to be at max HP. An excellent pairing with Colo Moria who can help keep your HP maxed.
- Another 2x booster, this time for Int units come in the form of Sicilian he also doesn’t have to deal with the drawbacks of Diamante. I could also get close to a full Int slasher with 2x orbs & 2x type boost.
- Marco is decent but at the end of the day, he’s another 1.5x Powerhouse booster. He also works as a healing captain but unfortunately, a 2x captain won’t cut it for most content.
- Kuro is a nice alternative to Crocodile with a lower CD on his self-orb and reduces Bind/Despair at the same time. He does lack in stats a little though and has 1 less socket.
- Urouge has some value when it comes to dealing with minibosses but I wouldn’t be in a rush to get him down from his 19 base CD.
- Hawkins has some fairly nice orb manipulation but neither my Cerebral nor Striker teams are really in much need of it. One combo I can pull of at least is a full board for strikers when combined with Killer.
- Apoo is a huge get for me and will become my new Free Spirit booster for any content where I don’t need to take a hit after bursting. Compared to Soul King Brook he has better stats all around with just the loss of a socket.
- Kid would be one of my highest boosting captains at 2.75x for Driven on low hp. He also combines amazingly with Kuma for a full board of boosted Str orbs.
- Bege is a very solid unit for a 2 turn burst but, there’s no way he can compete with Kid or Apoo in terms of priority.
Fortnights
Not a single day this week without a Colo or Raid so I’ll have to find some time to farm as at the very least I want to complete the Chopperman missions for
Giolla.
- Giolla & Brook is that rare case of actually useful FN units, both offer some decent orb manipulation with extra utility on top. Giolla is especially useful as a Perona alternative in Free Spirit teams.
- Afro Luffy is here but as we know we’ll be getting permanent Halloween FN’s I’ll probably give it a miss, especially as my 5+ Luffy already has max sockets.
- Buggy & Shanks are both so incredibly niche that I don’t feel bad for skipping them. Even the books it offers are completely useless to me.
- Dadan is back and is another one of those FN’s with surprisingly decent units. Unfortunately, the best unit on offer is Young Ace but he’s a secret character and no books for him drop.
- Our new fortnight is Madam Sharley but there’s nothing really worthwhile here outside of some niche uses for Camie. I’ll probably leave her Chopperman missions until next week where I’ll hopefully have more time.
Story
I’ll leave the story alone until we have the Anni Sunny for incredible exp farming and see how far that gets me, At this point probably have the box to get through anything in story mode so it’s more of a matter of finding the time.
As always, thanks for reading and I’ll see you next week (hopefully with a slightly shorter post).

Edit for those checking for a new post: Windows has finally decided to give up (it's been like that for over an hour) on my Laptop so I'll rewrite the post and have it up sometime tomorrow morning.
Edit 2: will need to also wait for maintenance to finish so that I can double check things.
